Electric sailing Houseboat suitable as a motorboat for the family or as or sailing or lying vacation rental.

The low vertical clearance gives you a large sailing area with this boat. Despite the low boat height, the boat still has a headroom of about 1.95

In 2018 this houseboats (then diesel powered) in terms of interior and engines stripped and the hull is re-coated etc. and there is professionally a completely new interior including shower placed , the boat equipped with an ektromotor, batteries, generators etc. From the summer of 2019 this Houseboat is as good as new in service.

In February 2022 all windows of the boats were replaced with Topwindows (still under warranty) and improved window profiles.

In 2023, this Houseboat was fitted with a new bow thruster and new kitchen and shower faucets.

Small forward cockpit with bench seating on bb side.

Cabin BB side: Steering position + control panels, dinett ( convert to bed), sink with fridge and stove, wet cell with toilet and shower.

Cabin SB side: Long kitchen sink / worktop with sink, oven, cabinets / storage, 2 x bed (bunk bed).

Rear deck with round seat and 2nd steering position
