Due to circumstances, this neat cabin yacht of the type Etap 22 comes into the sale. A nice boat with retractable keel for both the beginner and the more advanced sailor. The boat is complete with extra sails (Genoa, jib sail large, storm jib and spinnaker) and is fine to sail alone (solo). New halyards are from 2019. The outboard is a Honda 15 HP and is located in a bunker. Currently the boat is available for viewing in a shed.
