This unique, one-ff, houseboat was designed by Architect ig. Klaus Michel and built in 2015. This very sturdily built houseboat, equipped with Aluminum catamaran undercarriage, is truly fully equipped. Welcome aboard for a viewing!

This CE-C houseboat already brought her owners over the Rhine, Moselle, Lahn, Saar, Ruhr and of course the Frisian lake district. This ship and her superstructure are solidly built so that habitation is also possible. She is equipped with a wood stove, extra water supply for the winter months, sloping roof with gutters, solar panels, etc. In addition to a large holding tank, this boat can also be connected directly to the sewer system.

In the spring of 2023, the siding will be retrofitted with NEW Keralit siding. An attractive, durable and environmentally friendly cladding.
