The Waeckende Boey is a 1965 steel round bilge with centerboard, with a teak/mahogany superstructure. It is a particularly elegant and beautiful classic yacht, designed by H. Lemstra, one of Holland's famous yacht designers. The ship was made with love and craftsmanship at Van Dam in Aalsmeer. With a centerboard (1.05-1.65) she can handle inland waters as well as large open waters. For a number of years the owner sailed the canals, but also through the German Bight to the Baltic Sea and Norway. In addition to recent classic cream colored sails, mainsail a small, working jib and genoa on authentic leuvers, there is also a double spherical jib available that is sure to attract attention. The Waeckende Boey is a cozy ship with remarkable storage space and with 6 berths of which 4 fixed.

The current owner has spared no expense in the past 20 years to get the ship in this condition and keep it that way. The ship is in top condition and is ready for departure with a new owner, because the current owner bought a departure ship.
